Ayurvedic oil massage (known as “Abhyangam”) is a deeply relaxing Indian body therapy practice that is performed using a generous amount of warm or hot healing or aromatic oil. The entire body is generously “oiled” with oil, which is selected according to the client’s constitution type and needs, and it is applied to all parts of the body — from head to toe, including the head, face, and hair. As the main healing method of Ayurveda, dating back about 5,000 years, this massage particularly deeply restores the nervous system and balances the functioning of both hemispheres. “Abhi” means “toward” in Sanskrit, and “anga” means “movement.” Abhyanga is a body massage performed in the direction of arterial blood flow. According to Ayurvedic treatises, Abhyanga is part of daily practices (dinacharya) aimed at maintaining health. The master works all the muscles and joints of the body, saturating the skin and tissues with healing oils. The pressure and speed during the massage, as well as the oils themselves, are selected in accordance with…

Marmam therapy is an ancient Ayurvedic healing technique; essentially, it is a type of point massage or acupressure that involves gentle or intense (upon request) stimulation of 107 vital energy points on the body. These points are located along energy channels or meridians (chakras) — at the intersections of muscles, veins, ligaments, bones, or joints — where the physical and energetic bodies intersect, and they regulate prana (life energy). Often referred to as the origin of acupressure or reflexology, it affects both the body and the mind, releasing trapped energy, relieving pain, reducing stress and chronic fatigue, and improving overall physical and mental health. Activates internal energy, helps the body to recover on its own. The result: physical and deep emotional stress goes away, endocrine and nervous regulation comes into balance, the circulation of prana and thereby blood and lymph improves, metabolism is restored and the body's self-regulation processes are triggered. To consolidate the effect, a course of procedures is required.

Chakra massage is an Indian method of balancing a person’s energy (aura) through gentle Ayurvedic influence. This practice is based on knowledge about life energy (prana) and the body’s energy points (marma). The massage helps to awaken inner energy, direct it in the right direction, and trigger natural healing processes. During the massage, the practitioner acts on the body’s energy points, redirecting the flow of prana. This: releases blocked energy, eliminates internal tension, and harmonizes physical and emotional well‑being. Methods of influence without physical contact are also used — through the gaze, sound vibrations, or the transmission of prana. It is performed without the use of oil (if desired, it can be done with oil). It relieves emotional and physical blocks along the spine through special manual and non‑contact movements, which helps restore the body’s harmony, the flow of energy in the meridians, and relieve overall stress. The massage is aimed at the 7 main energy centers (chakras) from the coccyx to the crown of the head. The master uses special aromatic oils and techniques of gentle pressure and non‑contact influence to stimulate dermatomes (skin zones) associated with each chakra and energy channels (nadis). The result is improved free flow of energy (Prana), elimination of tension, reduced anxiety and emotional instability, and restoration of a healthy biorhythm (natural circadian rhythms). It works not only with the body but also with the person’s energy field. If negative energy or external influence has accumulated in the body, the massage helps to remove it and replace it with positive, healing energy. This creates a sense of inner peace and strength. The result is quick — the effect is noticeable after the first session!

Indian deep tissue (myofascial) massage is an intensive manual massage technique that combines the concepts of Ayurveda and deep work on muscles and fascia. It is a method of воздействуя on muscles located in the deep layers, which can be especially effective for athletes and people suffering from physical injuries. The practitioner works on the superficial and deep layers of muscle fibers, fascia, and bioenergetic centers (marma) to relieve tension and spasms, improve blood circulation, and achieve deep relaxation. Unlike relaxing strokes, the practitioner uses strong, deep, and slow pressure, воздействуя on tissues near the bones, while also using both fists and elbows. The procedure treats the physical body and the flow of internal energy as a single whole. It is often performed on dry skin or with minimal use of oils, which allows for deep gripping, twisting, and muscle fixation. This technique is suitable for people who have chronic pain, engage in professional sports and martial arts, perform heavy physical work and athletics, suffer from limited mobility, or are recovering from injuries.

Indian slim detox massage is an intensive, comprehensive procedure that combines elements of Ayurvedic practices, lymphatic drainage, and modeling massage. It is aimed at body shaping, weight loss, and cleansing the body of toxins. It is suitable for those who want to get rid of excess deposits and achieve a skin‑tightening effect. It is performed using short, intense movements. It includes deep kneading, pressing, and twisting movements (often in combination with special oils or creams). The master’s rapid hand movements accelerate the metabolic process; excess water, waste products, and toxins are actively eliminated from the body, and the skin becomes toned, elastic, and smooth. The abdomen, thighs, buttocks, and other problem areas are massaged. Typically, the procedure is carried out in a course of 5–10 sessions to achieve lasting results in weight loss and body contouring.

Kalari (or Kalari‑marma massage) is a deep‑tissue, intensive technique of Ayurvedic oil massage originating from the state of Kerala in southern India. Historically, the massage was developed for fighters of the ancient Indian martial art Kalariyattam to facilitate rapid recovery after intense physical exertion and to aid in the healing of injuries. The practitioner uses both hands and feet, employing the weight of their own body to deeply work the muscles, relieve muscle spasms, and eliminate toxins. The procedure involves stimulating the marma (energy points) of the body, which helps to remove energy blocks and improve the circulation of energy and blood. It is carried out using warm oil along the channels, balancing the doshas, followed by massaging the corresponding points. The basis is systematic pressure on the muscles in accordance with their structure, which stimulates the nervous system and the circulatory system. At the same time, the practitioner must have precise knowledge of the marma points (vital points) in order to be able to identify and eliminate blockages. The massage is performed with abundant use of warm healing herbal oils, which are selected for deep tissue nutrition and strengthening of the musculoskeletal system. The result: deep relaxation, stimulation of the lymphatic and circulatory systems, restoration of joint mobility, relief of chronic fatigue and elimination of lactic acid from muscles, increased efficiency. Suitable for professional athletes, bodybuilders, dancers, tourists, MMA fighters (mixed martial arts), boxers, etc.

Indian back and neck massage (BNS) “Kati Abhyanga” is ideal for those who experience tension in the back, neck, and shoulders and need quick relief from discomfort or pain. Pressure is applied along both sides of the spine and the lower back, rising to the shoulders and neck, which helps relieve stress and muscle tension. It is also effective for alleviating headaches caused by mental stress. The procedure involves the abundant use of warm natural oils (for example, sesame oil) and often includes воздействие on special energy points — marma points. Unlike classical medical massage, the Indian technique views the back not just as a muscular framework, but as a reflection of the overall physical and emotional state. There are many “marma points” along the spine, and stimulating them relieves tension, restores balance, and eliminates emotional blocks. It relieves chronic pain in the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar regions. It deeply relaxes muscles and ligaments, eliminating spasms. It improves lymphatic drainage and accelerates the elimination of toxins. It combats insomnia, chronic fatigue syndrome, and the effects of stress. For local treatment of the lower back, choose the Kati (Kasti) procedure. Vasti is an oil compress in which warm oil is held on the problem area inside a special barrier made of dough.

Indian (Ayurvedic) facial massage Mukha Abhyanga is a deep rejuvenating ritual that combines myofascial muscle work, stimulation of lymphatic flow, and воздействие on energy points (marma). The massage is aimed not only at the face, but also at the head, neck, and décolleté area. It relieves muscle spasms, smooths out wrinkles, and eliminates puffiness, while simultaneously deeply relaxing the nervous system. It works not only the face, but also the neck, décolleté, ears, and head. By affecting muscle spasms and bioactive points (marma), the procedure relieves stress and provides a pronounced lifting effect. Depending on the type (for example, classic Ayurvedic or myofascial “Kamala”), the massage can be performed either on almost dry skin for better muscle fixation or with the use of natural oils. *An additional service may be included only as part of a program accompanying the main massage.

Indian head and face massage (“Champi” or “Shiro Abhyanga”) is a deep therapeutic procedure aimed at relieving muscle tension, improving blood circulation, and stimulating energy points (marma). The head has the largest number of marma points (37 out of 107). This shows how important the head and neck area is for our physiopsychological functioning. It includes working the cervical‑collar zone, the scalp, and the face. Stroking, kneading, light tapping, and pressure on biologically active points are used. Typically, during the session, the practitioner uses warm vegetable oils (for example, coconut or sesame oil) or works using a dry technique for intense myofascial release. The result: effectively eliminates headaches, alleviates migraines, helps with mental or emotional fatigue, prolonged computer work, improves well‑being in cases of chronic stress, normalizes sleep, improves concentration and memory, and also promotes hair growth.*An additional service may only be included as part of the program for the main massage.

Indian massage of the feet and legs up to the knee or fully up to the hip level (known as padabhyanga or padmabhyanga in Ayurveda) is an ancient therapeutic and relaxing Ayurvedic practice during which the toes, feet, ankles, and calves up to the knee are worked. It combines deep muscle relaxation and targeted pressure, normalizes the energy balance, relieves swelling, improves blood circulation, and helps to get rid of insomnia and stress. The procedure combines manual therapy with the use of warm healing oils.

Indian acupressure foot massage (foot reflexology) is an ancient Ayurvedic practice based on targeted stimulation of the energy channels and reflex zones of the feet and legs. There are many energy (biologically active) points on the feet, which Ayurveda calls “marma.” The practitioner stimulates them, sending impulses to the internal organs and systems. Foot massage using reflexology techniques, as a continuation of Ayurveda and ancient Chinese therapy, is a completely non‑invasive and pleasant method. Instead of needles, only finger pressure and small wooden sticks are used. The technique involves deep pressure with fingers and palms on marmas points, using healing oils or dry pressure, with the aim of relieving fatigue, improving blood circulation, and harmonizing the functioning of all internal organs.

Indian tantra massage is a meditative body practice aimed at harmonizing the overall energy balance, releasing emotional tension, and achieving deep relaxation of the nervous system. The essence lies in combining body therapy, meditation, and energy work. Unlike classic massage, the work is carried out through conscious breathing, smooth, continuous touches, and the management of inner energy. The goal is not mechanical relief of muscle tension, but the awakening of sensuality, the removal of psychological blocks, and the achievement of deep harmony with oneself and the world. The practice is based on the idea that sexual energy is a powerful life force. During the massage, energy is distributed throughout the body, and you will feel how all your chakras restore their connection. Drawing on ancient Indian teachings, the practice includes several important aspects: - Spiritual connection: the massage is seen as a form of meditation for two, where the masseur’s attention is fully focused on the flow of energy, rather than on the technical kneading of muscles.- Mindful touch: areas that are often overlooked in a regular massage (feet, sacrum, abdomen, pelvic area) are worked on, which helps restore natural sensitivity. - Redistribution of energy: the goal of the practice is to raise inner energy (often called prana or kundalini) from the base of the spine to the higher energy centers, distributing it throughout the body to achieve a state of fullness and calm, rather than just allowing for physical release. It is important to note that genuine tantric massage is aimed at self‑discovery, stress relief, and healing, rather than at providing pleasure, which it is mistakenly confused with due to the influence of modern mass culture. This sensual journey is not just about touch; it involves moving sexual energy through the body for deep connection and relaxation.

Kashmiri tantric massage is a profound meditative and energetic ritual. It combines elements of ancient Indian tantra and Kashmiri Shaivism, aimed at releasing muscle blocks, harmonizing energy flows in the body, and freeing oneself from emotional tensions (shame, guilt, stress). This is not an ordinary massage, nor is it a method of obtaining pleasure; it is a profound body‑oriented practice focused on love and acceptance. It helps to “complete the love” for the inner child and restore the connection between the three age‑related states of the personality: child, teenager, and adult.Classical tantra is intended for already whole people who are ready for the spiritual quest of Shiva and Shakti. But in reality, many come to it for bodily pleasures, for the satisfaction of instincts, for bodily “overindulgence” and “overpetting.” True tantra is about mindfulness and living in the present. Kashmiri massage becomes a bridge between self‑acceptance and spiritual development. Features of the massage: - covers the entire body, without focusing on the genitals, without the need for sexual stimulation;- Touching brings pleasure without any sexual connotation (like with a child); - The goal is to increase energy levels and develop mindfulness; - Sexual energy is awakened, but the task is to remain relaxed and breathe evenly even when aroused; - Our goal is to reboot and direct the flow of sexual energy freely throughout the body.Practicing in a state of meditation (in accordance with the tradition of Kashmiri Shaivism) leads to deep peace and a reunion with oneself. This heals the inner child, and the effect is revealed after the session, freeing one from negative patterns. Additionally, at the end, energy work is carried out with karmic imprints — an ancient ritual that purifies karma and deepens inner silence. Why this is important: Society and culture often destroy the bridges between the three aspects of personality, which makes life fragmented and gives rise to a sense of lack. Kashmiri masters created this ritual to restore integrity, erase karmic traces, and restore a person’s freedom to be sensual and alive.
